You must prepare two different routines, each 45 seconds long.
The routines can be composed freely, but each must include three required elements. The elements can be performed in any order, but in each routine, all competitors must perform the same elements in accordance with FAI rules:
- Round #2: 360° Barrel Roll Stall, Head-Up 360° Breaker, Tight Tucked Double Back Loops;
- Round #4: Front Layout Full Twist Loop Sequence, Manna's Space Lab, Thomas Flair into Head-Down Split.
